Bayyinah
typically holds its 10 evening intensive
courses at major Islamic Centers or Islamic schools
in a given community. Additionally our weekend
courses and seminars may be taught on campus as
well. The venue needs to accommodate between
50 and 100 students. Unless the acoustics of
the venue don't require it, a microphone / PA system
is necessary for the lecture sessions.
Bayyinah instructors bring their own laptops,
projectors and necessary connection equipment to set
up a class but do need a screen or empty wall to
project to. In the past, masjid cafeterias,
lecture halls and even main prayer areas have been
utilized for the class.
Bayyinah does require
a table & chair setup as students will be taking
notes. Equal opportunity but separated seating
for either gender must be provided. The venue
must be free of noise interruption from other
programs or activities.
