Download and share the following two PDF documents with your decision making group or committee.  Document A outlines the logistics involved in setting up the program while document B gives you a detailed overview of the nature of the first course, its goals, track record, content, instructional methodology etc.

Once your group is ready to set up a course and has understood the logistics involved, Bayyinah must be contact by email at arabic@bayyinah.com or by telephone at 516.655.5112 to request a reservation on Bayyinah's calendar.  Whether you call or email, the following information is going to be asked of you:

a.  The size of your congregation on Friday Prayer

b.  Whether or not you have a venue location that can accommodate 50 or more students, male & female.

c.  What type of stay arrangements are you offering our instructor.

d.  Whether or not our instructor will be authorized to conduct the Friday prayer service on the day of the promotional event.

e.  A personal shipping address

f.  Complete name and address of the Islamic Center or other Venue requesting the program

Once you provide this information, you will be notified of a set of dates that will look like the following sample:

PROMOTIONAL:  JANUARY 4, 1999

CLASS DATES:   FEBRUARY 19-28, 1999

Both of these dates must be confirmed via email from your end.  Upon confirmation, we will reserve and pay for the travel  for our instructor and send your group the itinerary.  You will be responsible for pick up and drop off throughout the stay of the instructor. 

As soon as these dates are confirmed, advertising materials will be sent for printing and delivered to you within ten business days.  You will also receive an image flyer by email for your online advertising campaign. 

      

When our instructor arrives for the promotional event, he will audit the venue & stay arrangements completing all the steps involved in bringing a successful Bayyinah program to your community.  Open and consistent communication is critical which is why a representative of your group should be appointed as the dedicated liaison.  All communications involving the program will go through the appointed liaison so as to maintain clarity and effective communication.
