The main financial or logistical burden on your end is to arrange for the stay of our travelling instructor.  The stay can be arranged at a guest room in a mosque or with a local resident.  We try to use hotel as the last resort because we want to drive down cost both for ourselves and your community.  The place of stay is deemed appropriate so long as it has privacy, bedding, separate bathroom with shower and total separation with separate exit & entrance in case of the host having no mehrams in the house.  Our instructors typically arrange for their own meals but transportation to and from class is expected from the hosting community.
