For any given travelling program, Bayyinah contributes:

a.  All travel expenses for the instructor

b.  All printing and shipping expenses for the advertising materials

c.  10% of all tuitions collected to the hosting Center

d.  Personal expenses for the instructor during stay except lodging

We try to ensure that hosting parties have minimal financial and logistical responsibilities.  We have a fairly simple process which places the following demands on your end:

a.  Lodging for the instructor during the course and the promotional event trips.  See Instructor Lodging for complete details.

b.  Volunteer assistance with tuition collection.  A representative of your center (or more) collects tuitions from students on the first day of class in the form of check or cash made out to Bayyinah.  For students who cannot afford any or all of the tuition, the amount in deficit is noted down as pending sponsorship.  No one is turned away from attending a Bayyinah course.  When collections have been completed, an assessment of how much funds are pending is made and the class is encouraged to make up the deficit through anonymous contribution.  We expect every community to support their own students in need of financial assistance.

After all of the tuitions are collected, an authorized representative confirms the total collected tuitions, 10% of which is made out in the form of a bank check in the name of your masjid, organization or school and handed over to the authorized representative of your party.
