Advertising for an Arabic program can be rather difficult.  Countless Arabic study circles and classes are taught at Islamic centers across the country and most are attended by a hand full.  Even the ones that are well attended see a significant decline in the numbers by the end.  Some classes lack structure, others lack professionalism or the ability of the instructor to connect with an English speaking audience effectively.  And if none of those are the problem, the schedule, the cost and the reputation of so many 'not-so-great' programs in the past can get in the way of convincing many to join a new study venture.

Our program, by the grace of the Almighty alone, has fared among the few exceptions.  People are not only excited to join our classes in sizable numbers, we actually keep over 97% of our students!  In some cases, more people end up being in the class by the end as compare to when the class began.  This is truly unprecedented in 'Arabic Class' recent history and we are grateful for the powerful response.

To make the program at your community a success, you will need to concentrate your efforts on the following:

a.  A Strong Email Campaign (An image flyer is sent to you from Bayyinah for promotional purposes)
b.  Paper Flyer Distribution (5000 color flyers are shipped to you well in advance)
c.  Through word of mouth, local announcements at the masajid and MSA's, emails and the blogosphere, the PROMOTIONAL date needs to be emphasized, not the dates of the class themselves.  We know from experience that the promotional event makes or breaks the program.  Just let our instructors introduce themselves, their method of teaching and their passion for the subject to your community and the REAL advertising campaign; word of mouth; has begun!

We are confident that if our advertising campaign is supported by members of your community through word of mouth, email and flyer distribution coupled with attendance at the promotional event, the class itself will be well attended and will meet or exceed attendance expectations.
